Poor shipping - great product
Great product but terrible shipping packaging. The first was in an ordinary box, and the dial of the thermometer was dirty. In the photo is my second after the return of the first. It was not packed in an outer carton. The box was crumpled and torn. Somewhere along the way, a corner was sealed with duct tape. mail delivered. However, the kettle appears to be intact, for which I am grateful. This is a beautifully folded teapot.
