Whatever surface medium they used to prime these sheets is wonderful, however they are super thin and floppy. I only make a note of that because I have other canvas pads that have structure to the pages so that when you work on them, they don't ripple and flop around like a thin piece of fabric. If they had a tiny bit more structure to them (perhaps lining the back of the sheet with a decent pulp paper) they would be absolutely perfect. I suppose that would likely drive the cost up. If you are okay with working on a backing board, then these are amazing.
