I like that it is flexible, so you can set up multiple ways to get donations for your organization with different options available in each one of them! The software itself could be easier at times but there are some great features here as well - if they don't make something work too easy or intuitive then maybe we have not found what our needs were yet? We've been using this system since 2013 when my predecessor was doing all things digital giving (we had an e-commerce site before). It has allowed us greater flexibility than having just online methods alone would allow--such as being able to give through mobile apps via Apple Pay/Google Wallet etc., plus also allowing offline payments from credit cards directly which wasn’t possible previously without going back over payment info manually after getting authorization codes by mail / phone calls; now donors no longer need those extra steps because everything happens automatically upon their first transaction within minutes instead!--it's very helpful especially during COVID time.
