Cheap plastic, bad filter quality.
This took us a week to fall out of the tap. I put it back in, only for it to fall off again. The pacifier they give you is VERY CHEAP soft plastic. You can only refill it once or twice then you're done. Of course, there are no additional details with it either. While he was working I didn't notice much of a difference in the quality of the tap water. The Britta mug we have in the fridge definitely works better. I will not pay shipping cost for return so I lose about $15. live and learn
