I ordered with the buy again option as this has happened several times before. The new cartridges arrived on time as expected, so there were no problems. Installed new HP 61XL color and black cartridges with no problems. Immediately the printer says "! incompatible cartridge(s)" without knowing which one it shows. That was a few days ago. Now that I have time I'm looking for ways to tell if it's fake, clean the Printer and each cartridge as directed, turn off - wait 10 minutes - turn printer back on and back on again. no change. I start comparing the smallest details to understand what is happening. After an hour I realize that although I've clicked the buy again button (because it's worked fine in the past) that seems to be on the way somewhere, although I've never ordered a black cartridge for HP 60XL printers that have sent them to me.. so it can't! Comparing copper computer connectors, I see far more connectors than the HP 61XL which I thought I ordered and received. Then I see the obvious on the box (because I she and and kept the cartridge). How could I miss what you're saying? Because I bought the same item using the Buy Again feature. Don't know how or who is to blame here? Not relevant at the moment. How often will you "check" the information if you have received the same product before and are now going to buy it again? Anyway, long story short, I clicked what I needed (because I've done it before and it worked) and they sent me something else.
