The best thing about this software is that it's easy to use and understand. You don't need any technical knowledge or expertise. I am able to resolve my issues with ease. It's very user friendly and easy to use. I have no complaints at all. I would highly recommend this software for anyone who needs help desk software. There are many other softwares out there but this one is by far the easiest to use. We solved our problems of keeping track of tickets, creating new tickets and also tracking the progress of tickets. This was a great solution because we were able to keep track of everything in one place.
