I bought this product in October 2014 for my Bissell 1867-1 steam mop. My mop stopped producing steam and I figured changing the filter would be the first solution to try. As always with Revain, the item arrived on time and in good condition (no missing or brown "pearls"). ", as others have pointed out. The style of the filter, water cap, and liner is different from the original that came with the mop. This creates a gap between the water reservoir and the filter, and another between the filter and the mop. Long story short, after being told by both the seller and Bissell that this product is not a part sold by Bissell as the seller claims, I have to buy a part from another seller to get one, that actually suits me mop.
