
It stopped working after three days (the mouse itself does not respond to manipulations, but the receiver does). When I went to the Amazon warranty department, they told me that the serial number on the box was accurate, but the serial number on the mouse itself was NOT! They just shrugged and sent me out the door at the warranty department, telling me to go to the warehouse and claiming that we have nothing to do with it because we have paws. I have arrived at the warehouse; please proceed to the warranty section. (I will freely admit that I did not consider the possibility that something like this may occur; rather than investigating more, I relied solely on appearances when shopping). Evidently some personnel in the warehousing section are being manipulated. Support requests for Logitech products are collected in their own song. After I got back from Amazon, I sent them a message. After a period of eight days, the response was delivered in the form of "This is an automated response because we are extremely busy at the moment. In the event that the gadget is not functioning properly, the following are some suggestions for you to try: check the batteries; blow the sensor; etc." It has been two weeks, and there has been no response.
