Received the second black Kismile heater I ordered today and the price was great, shipping was fast and it was packaged well to protect it from damage to protect. The heater looks fantastic, easy to control with the knobs and dial and really pulls heat from the top of the radiator. Love the red security warning light that comes on when the heater is plugged in and reminds me to turn it off when not in use. Radiator heaters are great because they draw cooler air from the floor into the bottom of the heater, then lift it over the fins to heat it up, and then release the heat from the top. Unlike a fan heater, the cooler takes a short time to warm up to operating temperature and then retains the heat of the oil inside as it cycles on and off. It adds warmth to the room, not right next to you like a fan heater would. At the highest level, it generated an average of 210-225 degrees of heat from above and the room became noticeably warmer in no time. Almost all radiant heaters of this type give off an odor from plastic parts attached to them when they are first used. The smell disappears after the first or second use. I am very satisfied with the performance of this heater, I recommend it.
