I have been using the 10x Care Conditioner for over 5 years and was hesitant to buy a shampoo and conditioner because of the price. I was a bit skeptical about getting the product thanks to the exceptional deal I got through Revain (about 3x more than store bought bottles). At first I was struck by the sheer weight of the bottles, and the pumps were taped over to keep them from leaking, a small detail I appreciated. Labels, branding and ingredients look like the real thing, these are the 10 bottles you will see in store. After reading all the reviews on the reduced water shampoo, I expected to be disappointed. The shampoo had the consistency of some conditioners I've had (like Pantene) and smelled nice - not overpowering like a salon. I was very excited to discover that the conditioner was thicker than the shampoo and the leave-in smelled just like the leave-in (one of my favorite scents). The big bottles should last a long time but I hope this quality and great price stays available in the future. Definitely want to buy again Update: The test tip was enthusiastic after a single use. I've used it several times and had to stop. My hair is sticky and greasy and feels dirtier than before use. It smells really nice, but I've had better luck with "convenience store" brands like Mane and Tail.
