Review on ReadyLift 69-5421 2-Inch SST Lift Kit for Toyota Highlander by John Bourgeois

I bought a remanufactured 2017 Highlander 4WD for long road trips. I like to ride off-road whenever possible to see what others are missing, and I've used the Highlander's 4WD on both snow and Jeep trails. But I saw the need for more ground clearance. This kit advertised that it would raise the Highlander's rear end by 1 1/2 inches. It was actually very close, maybe 1/8 inch less. It was announced that it would raise the front end by 2 inches. In fact, he happily outdid himself and raised the front end by 2 1/4 inches. As advertised, no impact on handling or drivability. Not a dramatic increase in height, but more than enough to be noticeable and the ride height increase is much appreciated in terms of better visibility of the scenery when driving on the road. And the increased ground clearance in the future will make it possible to mount wider wheels and taller tires, which, of course, will increase ground clearance and improve handling both on and off-road.
