Syringe here for the first time. I watched tons of YouTube videos before I started. The Strelok channel helped me the most. Since I've had this pistol, I've switched to the Tekna prolite. It doesn't spray that well to the trained eye, but it can still produce a glass-like finish once you've dialed in the settings. I would not recommend an air compressor under 9 cfm at 40 psi. I had to upgrade the mines to 60 gallons, which can do 14 cfm at 40psi, and the gun came to life after more air was added. The sprays last longer and the results are still amazingly beautiful. at 65-75 degrees, on a big gun; I opened the fan knob fully and opened the fluid knob 3.5 turns at 30psi. A good preparation and tests on a test panel are very helpful before you start spraying your project. If you're not sure, just watch Shooter a million times and it will come to you eventually, like it did to me. This is a great gun for the price. Much luck!
