The people are very professional but also friendly in nature - everyone I have encountered has been extremely helpful! I was hired to run an ad campaign for one of their clients as part of my role at another agency. When they realized that we had no experience working with this client or any other similar campaigns (we were newbies), it took some time before our first project came along because there really wasn't anything available yet that fit what we needed. But once those projects did come up, everything went smoothly. They provided us training so that we could understand all aspects of running ads, managing budgets etc., which allowed me to feel more comfortable during each engagement. We used them again when creating content marketing materials for various brands/products; these tasks required writing articles, blog posts, social media updates, press releases and emails about different subjects related to business goals set by both parties. Again, they helped ease concerns regarding technicalities involved in such endeavors.
