I wish I had bought them beforehand. Replaced my old stones with these.

I LOVE these stones. It cuts so quickly and cleanly. First I use a 1000 grit diamond stone and then polish with it. If I just touch up the secondary bevel, I can go straight from diamond to 12,000 grit. It only takes a few minutes (or seconds) to sharpen and get on with it.

Pros

The best bar set! Good choice for kitchen knives, precision tools, sushi knives, etc.
