I love that everything is stainless steel. Haven't really used it yet, but I'm impressed with the build quality. My only suggestion is to make the handle a bit longer. If you have a deep grill and are preparing leftovers from the last grill, it's too hot for a quick grab. I've pictured it next to a roll of paper towels for comparison.
