Review on 🔥 Vornado OSCTH1: Oscillating Electric Tower Space Heater - Timer, Thermostat, Safety Features - Whole Room, Black by Cecilia Spencer

So far I have received a clearly used device - an open box that has been resealed. Scratches on the top of the device. Something is rattling inside too. As I lean, I hear it fall inward. I don't see it and I don't want to void the warranty. Looks updated as packaging is worn again. Maybe quality control just sucks? Revain will send me a new one but I can return it immediately based on the specs below. Apart from these quirks, the temperature readings are anything but okay for me. +/-12 degrees around the device. The room is currently under 66 degrees (tested with thermal foam) but the unit seems to think it's around 79.
