Review on DrawTrak by Josh Schaefer

I like that it is able to track the loan from the builder's cost estimate through the final draw. It is very easy to use and has a large selection of reports to select from. I also like that you can create different types of reports and the system is very flexible. I do not like that the reports are not very customizable and you can only select from a few options. You can choose from a few different types of reports and you can't easily change the colors or fonts. I also dislike that the loan status is not always accurate. Sometimes it says my loan is not funded when it is actually funded and sometimes it says it is funded when it is not. It is a great tool for tracking and monitoring your loan. It is very helpful for making sure that everything is going according to plan. It is very easy to use and the reports are very helpful. It is great for keeping track of progress on the loan.
