Connector broke during installation
The plug is cheap plastic, it broke when plugged in and water is leaking everywhere. The seller cannot contact you in any way in this regard. Otherwise the product is good, the seller and the delivery are excellent so there are no problems. We just need a spare plug which is hard to find.
