I love everything about this carrier! It's cute to start with, my pets took to it right away, and it's easy to carry and store. The only thing I would like is a clip or something to hold the visor in place if you want it half open so your pet can look out but still keep the sun out. I ordered a third the same day they arrived as my cat loved it too. We have an upcoming move to several states and were looking for something they would be safe and comfortable in rather than those little hard plastic boxes or noisy metal kennels. My main feature was that it could be strapped to the car and the top could double as a sun visor and also protect them securely in case we had to get out to take a break on our long drive. So their tiny claws won't scratch our cars when they jump. Now when we visit family at home our dogs can ride comfortably lol. I have sent pictures to all family members who have dogs to let them know they need this item too!
