If you are in doubt about buying an Instant Pot accessory set, don't worry, the quality is good. All stainless steel parts are high performance metals and should last a long time. However, I'm not impressed with the plastic measuring scoops or jar lifter (or whatever) and probably won't be using them (I'd prefer they included a rice paddle instead). The pliers are really good with thicker silicone than cheap flexible junk. I use little silicone gloves in the kitchen all the time, not just for the Instant Pot. very helpful. Overall I am very happy with the quality of this set. Purchasing these items individually costs double or more than the price of this set. I can't wait to try each part, it will be fun.
