Possibly good for manual pitch and tilt adjustments where weight is critical (e.g. on a drone) but not recommended for software object tracking. The design is light, the joints are loose. Any adjustments to pan or tilt angles will result in camera and image shake. Position feedback should be slowed down to a minimum to avoid instability.
