I'm a serious amateur cyclist . I had reservations about buying shoes that are in this shoe price range. I had issues with a hot foot and an inability to adjust my shoes as my foot swelled up during long rides. I rode about 1000 miles in these shoes. These are the most comfortable cycling shoes I've ever had. The bottom and top lace adjustments fixed my hot foot issue. It also transfers power to the pedals. I feel like the pedals are just an extension of my foot. I'm considering buying another pair when my current ones wear out. These are just great shoes.
