Review on Motorad MGC 818 Fuel Cap by Mark Caperton

1983 Ford F-150 Pickup. That works fine. My experience with these caps is that they need to be changed every 8 years. But, hey, who keeps a truck as long as me? It fits snugly, but that doesn't help seal it. When it fails, tiny cracks appear in the rubber so no matter how tough it is, if it cracks it won't let the smoke through. However, I doubt the cap will ever fail due to being too loose. Just buy it - the price is right and it does the job!
