I bought these to hold together a couple of bathroom outlets that were tiled and were now loose because the screws couldn't tighten (they worked great). I had no idea how much I really needed these things! When I went to install our new lights I found that the boxes had been pushed back into the wall and the bracket mounting was not stable. Using longer screws and attaching them with these extensions made the job a lot easier. All I did was pick a piece that fit from the box to the edge of the wall. Instant success!
