Even with "best" settings, the scan quality is very poor. To even try it and see how it scans, it took me weeks to get the installation disk working (of which my package only had one, and the brochures say it should have had two) and, finally, I had to get the scanner software Downloaded from the web instead of a disc and I never got the photoshop they were supposed to include and then when I tried it I found the quality wasn't what I wanted they said it was taking too long to get it back even though I was still within Revane's return window. It's very annoying that I'm not even allowed to return it after all these problems.
