I was amazed at the low ratings on this product. Yes, it curls and takes on an unwanted shape. The answer is to lay it out in the sun for a few hours and let it relax and return to its normal shape. This piece is 36 inches long and most shower doors do not need to be swept that long so part of it can be cut off and discarded if damaged. Also, these sweeps are usually too deep. I always have to cut off the bottom edge. Use your judgment, but you need the strip about 3/32 inch lower than the top of the rising edge of the door frame to be effective. Anything else is overkill and can cause the sweep to drift off the track it fits in. In other words, don't be afraid to trim the length and depth of this paneling to make it work in your home.
