If you intend to use this device, we recommend ceiling mount only, or it should be in a place where it can only be pulled out straight. If you pull at a different angle, the front hole will be tightened. Our hose got stuck once and broke. We bought 3 of them. One of them had a locking mechanism that didn't work. We ended up taking it apart to see what was going on. What we found is that there is nothing to hold it down as everything is molded in plastic, resulting in one of our other not snagging. We applied some heat and got it to straighten up and work. Now the second of 3 problems. We wish we had used a shorter metal hose reel. I also contacted Flexzilla on Amazon but still got nothing, so here's our real review.
