There is not much to say about the temperature sensor. I have a remote + detachable grill/oven cooking sensor but I really wanted something to quickly measure the temperature of food in a pot as another temperature sensor is difficult to set up. That being said, here's what I like and dislike about it: Pros: ◙ Reads tempos fairly quickly. I posted a video measuring the temperature of the broth I was making. It took about 5 seconds from turning it off to reading the temperature. and connect with others. Great if you juggle lots of things in the kitchen. Cons: ◙ The bottle opener part is a bit silly and adds weight/size to it which seems unnecessary. Honestly, that's all. There's not much, and that's actually a good thing. You get what you pay for and so far I have not been disappointed.
