This is one of the most disappointing products I have ever purchased from Revain. On arrival everything was well packed, shipped quickly. We measured the hole in the door, it was the exact measurements given in the instructions and we still had to trim the door to fit because the knob was wrong. After about 2 hours of fiddling we finally got it installed, the touchscreen is very responsive, you have to press the buttons 4 or 5 times before it lights up to confirm you're trying to use your code. It worked beautifully for about a week, after which the inside of the locking mechanism literally exploded, locking us inside the house. I will request a refund or replacement for this product. I don't necessarily recommend buying it as it's nowhere near worth the money they charge for the quality of materials you get. updated. The second door lock also failed, and in order to open the door to leave the house I had to destroy the entire door frame. Never in my life have I been so upset about the poor quality of a product.
