I like that it makes dental billing easier than manual labor, and helps you keep track of all appointments in one place so they're not left out anywhere else. The program sometimes takes longer to process invoices than expected (sometimes hours). Also, when trying to change things around or make new appointment times/dates, it's hard at first because there are so many options available that can be confusing as well. If you need a software for dentists that keeps everything organized (and bills accordingly), then this could be a good choice! You'll find more time spent on what matters - treating patients. The customer service was amazing! They went above and beyond what I thought they could do. They were so helpful, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend them, especially if you are in need of an exceptional team. There was nothing that I disliked about this software. I am very happy with my decision to go with this software. I have had no problems. This software has helped me organize my billing process, appointments, and scheduling.
