This portable monitor is perfect for my use and extends my laptop display for work when I travel and work outside of the hotel. I use a 34-inch ultra-wide screen in my home office and it's a worthy replacement when traveling. I don't play games or watch movies on it, use CAD programs, spreadsheets, go through photos, design sketches, etc. The image matches your primary HD 1080 display. Sitting next to the screen of my OLED laptop, there is a noticeable difference in image quality. That's to be expected, though, as they're two different types of monitors. Black tends to be a little washed out and gray can sometimes help a bit to tweak the settings. The monitor sometimes turns off and on when connected to a computer via an HDMI cable, but I believe this may be due to multiple external displays being used at the same time. I don't have this problem when it's the only external monitor connected to my laptop. I recommend this monitor, it comes in a decent package, with multiple cables for different connections and a decent cover that converts into a stand. The only problem I had was the length of the CA. The glitters that came with the monitor were a bit short. I had to purchase longer cables to properly connect them to my system. All in all a very good monitor for the price that suits my needs. UPDATE 6/28/21: The monitor started flickering between my computer's desktop and a black screen before completely shutting down and saying "No Signal". The power cord is connected, HDMI is connected and the configuration has not changed since the monitor was purchased. The display shows a Windows connection. But today it stopped working. I've contacted the manufacturer to see what's going on and will let you know if I get a reply. I've uploaded a new image showing what the screen is doing now when connected to a computer. Update 7/28/21: After my previous review update, I contacted the monitor manufacturer with my concerns. Their support team was very quick to respond and they went out of their way to figure out my problem and solve it. They kept in constant touch with me and received replies to every email I sent with little to no waiting time. Although my problem persists, the monitor does not work when connected to the computer's HDMI port, the monitor works when connected to the computer's USB-C port. I'm still troubleshooting to determine if the issue is monitor related at all as it could be related to the HDMI port on the computer itself or some sort of software update in Windows. But until the monitor stopped working, it always worked fine for me. And with their customer service response and willingness to solve my problem, I still recommend this product. For certainty.
