The ease in which this can be managed allows me to not only see all my patient information but also have it organized how I want it. As with any new technology, there are some things that I would like to change. We would like a way to organize our appointments rather than having all our information stored in one place. We do not feel we can get all the necessary information from the web site so we currently still have paper files. This has helped improve patient flow. I like that the app is user friendly and that it's easy to navigate and use. I dislike that the app is a bit outdated and needs to be updated with new features. I would recommend having it on a more updated platform. There are other options out there that are more updated. I would recommend using this app to help streamline your dental practice. It is helping me keep track of patients, appointments, and my schedule. It has also helped me track my inventory.
