WILL NOT FIT 1997 CUMMINS 5.9L

Specially requested for 1997 CUMMINS 5.9L "straight fit" I'm told. First, short bobby pins are too short. The 45° intercooler pipe is too short, no air gets to the hoses. Very disappointed with the BD reception. Inside the box was a booklet stating the configuration from 1998 to 2004.
