I really like the IDEA of this item. We have 2 people with ALS and arthritis who use them and they help compress and twist the caps, but for 16 ounce water bottles they make them so cheap and "flat" caps they don't compress well for that be able. . A cola bottle with a taller cap works well. They're just lower profile water bottles, they don't work as efficiently. I don't know how durable it is, we just got them. But they're not made of durable plastic like other grips we buy. But hopefully it will work to keep in the car if you need to open a bottle to drink! MAYBE the company needs to redesign the design to match the new low profile baseball caps?
