That's wonderful! My wife has arthritis in her hands and finds it very difficult to open bottles. I usually do that for her when I'm around. With one of them she has no problems at all! I like this small and light tool. I have arthritis and find it difficult to open anything. It is small and light, fits in any handbag or trouser pocket and is versatile. I really like the IDEA of this item. We have 2 people with ALS and arthritis who use them and they help compress and twist the caps, but for 16 ounce water bottles they make them so cheap and "flat" caps they don't compress well for that be able. . A cola bottle with a taller cap works well. They're just lower profile water bottles, they don't work as efficiently. I don't know how durable it is, we just got them.
