I even went so far as to contact the IVF company over the phone. The conversation was extremely sketchy. First she told me they have 2 different sachet flavors and then she started asking for all my personal details. I told her I didn't even tell her the size I need, why does she need all my information? Then she stopped me abruptly. Then came back 5 minutes later, told me they don't sell bin bags and hung up. Quality customer service. After doing a little research I found another review that said plain human "X" packs fit on the lid so I just ordered a few and hopefully they work (update coming soon). A simple person is not cheap, so I do not recommend buying this bin if you often sort packages or have a large family. Extremely disappointed in this IVF company and their willingness to knowingly sell this bin without the bags it fits in. Update: Simple human "x" pockets fit and work perfectly
