I like that we can see all our tools at one time. We can also pull up historical data which is helpful for knowing how much wear there is on certain parts. It's not as user friendly as some other programs out there but if you have people who know your specific system it gets easier to use over time. This helps us track down problems before they become big issues. It is easy for users who are not technical people to use this system. I like that they have multiple options available to find what information we need. This can be very time consuming if there are many records to search through. We started using this product so it would be easier to keep track of all our tools.It has helped us with keeping up to date with our tools and making sure everything works properly before going into production.
