My only complaint is that the wire connecting the foot pedal was not attached. I was able to easily attach the wire under the wheelbase because it's open. However, after plugging in the power, I found that the plastic gears that drive the pedal were not tightened, causing the pedal to not work properly. I had to reconfigure the pedal to get it working properly. Please check upon receipt. The Good: I'm pleasantly surprised at the quality of this bike for the price. It has a small footprint, which is ideal for small spaces. This bike can also be lifted easily, 30 pounds, so I can efficiently move it from one place to another on my own. I suffer from osteochondrosis. My goal in purchasing this wheel was to create a platform that would allow me to throw the wheel standing up again. This bike more than exceeded my expectations after building a stand for it. The mudguard is very tight to prevent slipping or water getting into the joints. The tray is also made of thick plastic, which I accidentally tested when I dropped it on concrete a couple of times while hosing down. No significant cracks or signs of wear. I've currently spent about 40 hours on this wheel head. The motor is still quiet, the wheel head is still straight and I'm very happy to be building again. I would recommend this bike to anyone just starting out. The maximum wheel speed does not allow uncontrolled spin speeds, which I think is great for young people.
