I wish they had information in English and I don't speak Japanese
I am so excited about this product. I tried to get cod bones with it and wasn't very impressed, also all the information on the outside of the holder they sent was in Japanese. I cant speak Japanese. If Americans buy this product, they should be able to read a little bit about the product first. Second, it would be nice to see a detailed guide showing how to use the product. It's just not that easy to use. I bought it because I know that Japanese culture eats a lot of fish, so I felt that they most likely know how to make a product that people can use easily. I'm sorry, but that wasn't it.
