I didn't actually use them for gaming, but they worked great! I bought this as a "notebook" for my wife's 50th birthday. They were perfectly smooth with nothing burned onto their surface like the original games by another company. They were perfect for writing and will soon be turned into a photo frame. I would definitely buy them again and send people to get those exact blocks to do what I do with them or play with them if they want!
