They work fine, I'm using three of these at 1420MHz with acceptable results. Remember that Wilkinson power dividers ideally have a 1/4 wavelength conductor on each half of the circuit. But the specified range is 100-2700MHz? So this is a 1/4 wavelength range from 75 cm to 2.8 cm. This board has 4cm traces on each side of the circuit so it works best at 1870MHz. My guess is that the specified range should be 1000-2700MHz since the midpoint of that range is 1850MHz. If you work in this area, this can be used.
