I like how easy it was to put together my product lines into categories that are relevant to our customers. It's also very flexible, so you can make changes quickly as your needs evolve and grow. I dislike having to logout/in each time when changing between products. This would be easily solved if there were more integration points. We are solving inventory issues related to customer support for some of the most successful companies in America (think Amazon). Using this tool we have been able to create custom solutions that have allowed us to build out new relationships with our customers while reducing inventory costs and increasing revenue.
