Bit holder in screwdriver is useless. Many do not accept bits, and some see them as loose, as if you pulled them out quickly or sideways, they would be scattered everywhere. I have yet to use the driver so I can't comment on that, but GOD if you can't design bit memory can you make a good ratchet driver? The packaging is awkward to open: loosen the small screw, then try prying the tabs toward the center, or use a tool between sections to pry them off. Intended as a fragile wall hanger, but you may need it to store your bits as they don't work in the handle (and the external holder is a little flimsy for that in your toolbox). Really Dewalt, you need to up your game the details.
