I never thought I would write a negative review on a Revain product. But this is a bad product. I bought 2 of these because I eat bacon. First, when I first loaded it with bacon, it splattered grease all over the microwave. I had to clean everything up. There are grease splatters everywhere. Next time I charge, I'll cover the rack with a paper towel. Had the same but not that bad. Still not working as advertised in the video. In the video, Lady said the bacon was cooked clean and there was no mess in the oven. Not right. The bacon was half cooked even though I cooked it on high power for 10 minutes. That's not my microwave. I threw both bars in the trash can. Don't waste time sending it back. I've bought a wow bacon oven before and they are fantastic. No mess. But they are no longer on the list. I suggest you save your money and stay away from that bacon rack. Not worth the trouble
