Review on Type C External Writer Burner Optical External Components by Mark Cai

The slim and compact external DVD-RW CD USB 3.0/Type-C writer is perfect for my needs. A USB cable and USB-C adapter are already included in the box, which is great for my small desktop PC. I literally plugged it in, tested it with an old scratched DVD (Felix the cat/very old cartoons) and it worked fine. It was actually better than I expected based on the condition of the actual DVD I put in it (clean but scratched) but it read very well. I don't use DVD/RW anymore but it's a big pain whenever I need it - and now they don't come with all my laptops anymore. I was so excited that it worked on mini PCs and was curious if it would work well on my laptops, so I tested it on two Dell laptops and one Acer laptop - and it worked great on absolutely everything. I even like that there's a little space at the bottom to hide the cord if you need to store it. For the price I'm very happy with its performance and it's just what I needed, especially when I'm going through very old photos stored on old DVDs and trying to rip/transfer and save them again. It's perfect for that too. Two thumbs up from me for that!
