The ability to see where my audience is located geographically, what their interests are etc - all in one place! This platform has allowed us as an agency so far this year of working with clients across different industries/markets we have been able improve our targeting efforts by over 50%.
I can't think off any downsides at present but would be interested if anyone else does come up? We've used social media for years now & haven’t really seen much change until recently when it came down specifically around audiences which was great because that meant they could target people who were more likely actually engage meaning better ROI's from campaigns.
