I applied the thing to potatoes for the first time this morning and got great results. As with anything with removable dies, it can be a little annoying if they stick to the plunger/plunger, but it's worth it to me for the extra molds and easier cleanup. I also bought it based on reviews based on how durable it is as I tend to break more fragile items and it seems like it's strong enough to last in my tool box for a while.
