Review on PROTOCOL Equipment MB 1236 Universal Rolling by Darryl Montagna

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Nicely made, fairly durable for the most part. Great addition to your shop.

Ideal for your business. A little something. When you run it at the max size of 33 inches there isn't much support in the side rails as you only have 2 closely spaced bolts in the middle of the span and at each end. Just not enough overlap to keep things completely rigid. But that's really not a big problem because all the weight comes from the corners. The side rails just keep the corners where they need to be. Get more overlap, especially if you can use one rail per side, this thing is bulletproof Thick material, wheel locks are all metal, not flimsy plastic. 3 key sizes. But you will be happy with the result. I have bought 2 of these so far, will be getting 2 more. The first 2 hold a radial handsaw and a surprisingly heavy planer, no problems. Oh, one last note, when they say "maximum 33," they mean it. You'll get to exactly 33, and that's only if you stretch your sides as much as you can. before tightening the screws. The radial saw was 33 square, the only reason it fit was because it had adjustable feet on the bottom so I could prop the saw up on it. UPDATE - I have now added 4, one for my shaper and one for my table saw. They make it really easy to move things around the store.
