Not great quality but does the job
The first one I ordered had chips and scratches on the white paint on the handle - it looked "used" so I got it sent it back for another. The second wasn't much better than the first as the paint was lousy and there was bare metal showing under the outside handle. It's like you spray something to the end of the can and it doesn't quite cover what you're painting. This is what it looked like. But I was sick of sending it back so I installed it and it works great. I don't think you should expect more for $25.
