I bought a molly screw setting tool to install them correctly. I discovered the following. 1.) They have a fine thread and are easy to remove if you are not careful when using the tool. 2.) The head is smaller than designed for the tool and an extra washer is needed. 3.) When installed properly, they hold up much better than any other drywall anchor I've used.
